PerSpectacles Hearing & Eye Solutions  goal is to provide quality medical vision care in timely manner. "No-Shows" and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to timely medical and or vision care. This policy enabler us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need.

CANCELLATION OF AN APPOINTMENT

In order to be respectful of the needs of others, please be courteous and call our office promptly if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. However, if is necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you call as soon as you know you will not be able to attend.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please call the office and speak to our staff. If you do not reach the receptionist, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail or text us. If you would like to reschedule your missed appointment, please indicate that and our staff will return your message within 24 hours. If you wish to get in sooner you must call directly.

LATE CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

A cancellation is considered late when an appointment is cancelled with less than the 24-hour advance notice provided to staff.

A "No Show" is determined when a scheduled appointment has been missed without any notification to staff.

*     First late cancellation or "No Show" there is NO FEE

*     Second late cancellation or "No Show" $25.00

*     Third late cancellation or "No Show" $50.00 & all fees must be paid prior to rescheduling.
